Exploring Houston, Travel Adventures, Bucket Lists, and Weekend Getaways
This year, I didn’t make a list of New Year’s resolutions. Instead, I made a simple decision.
I want to explore more.
That means traveling more, getting out of my routine, and actually saying yes to experiences instead of putting them off for “one day.” Sometimes that will look like weekend flights, road trips, or cruises. Other times, it will be staycations right here in Houston or quick adventures in surrounding areas.
The goal is simple. Go places. Try things. Make memories.
And I don’t want to do it alone.
Exploring Near and Far
Some adventures will be big. Some will be small. All of them will be intentional.
One weekend might mean hopping on a plane. Another could be a road trip to a nearby town. Some days, it will be exploring Houston like a tourist and discovering places we forget are right in our own backyard.
These adventures can include:
- Weekend trips and quick getaways
- Staycations and local Houston experiences
- Cruises and longer trips when possible
- New and well-known food spots worth checking out
- Hidden gems and popular destinations
- Fun, unique locations perfect for photos and video
Sometimes the plan will be simple. Other times, it might be completely spontaneous.
Checking Off Bucket Lists
As I explore, I’ll be checking things off my own bucket list.
Travel goals. Experiences I’ve always wanted to try. Places I’ve talked about for years but never made time for.
But I also want to hear about what’s on your bucket list.
Maybe there’s something you’ve always wanted to do, somewhere you’ve wanted to go, or an experience you’ve been waiting for the right excuse to try. If our bucket lists overlap, even better. Let’s check something off together.

Food Adventures Are Part of the Journey
Let’s be honest. Travel and food go hand in hand.
Some adventures will absolutely involve checking out new restaurants, iconic food spots, or places everyone talks about. Sometimes it will be something brand new. Other times, it will be a place everyone knows but we finally decide to try.
Good food, honest reactions, and real experiences are all part of the story.
Photos, Videos, and Creative Moments
Another part of these adventures will be capturing them.
Some trips will include fun and unique photo shoots at interesting locations. If you’ve ever wanted cool travel photos, lifestyle shots, or just something different than standard photos, this could be a great excuse to join.
You get to explore, experience something new, and walk away with photos you’ll actually want to keep and share.
Sharing the Journey on YouTube
I’ll be filming these adventures and sharing them across my YouTube channels. Each channel focuses on a different angle of the journey, from travel and food to photography and reactions.

If any of this sounds like something you’d enjoy, reach out.
You can message me on social media, text me, or email me directly. If you have a cool idea, a place I should check out, or something from your own bucket list you’d love to explore, I want to hear about it.
This year is about movement, memories, and saying yes more often.
So the real question is simple.
Who’s coming with me?
